A Message from a Massage

I recently received the generous gift of a lovely massage, which my body enjoyed and appreciated. And I got to wondering what made this experience so different from some others I've had (and not enjoyed)? I realised it was that this massage was given with the energy of joy, service and honouring of me, my body and my journey. The whole experience made me aware - again - of just how important the state of our own energies are when we work with clients....are our energies clear and balanced? Are we working with the consciousness of kindness, service and respect? Do we have the humility to ask for healing for ourselves while we're working? If the answer to any of these is 'no', then our imbalance impacts on the quality of our giving and, whether we're working hands-on, in person, by phone or by Skype, our clients are aware (whether or not they can consciously identify it). So - my thanks to my masseuse, not only for the massage but also for the clarity and the awareness....bless you.
