An Invocation

I was talking with a dear friend of mine who's in hospital recovering from a major operation, and between us we came up with the following invocation—for her it is to support her return to vibrant wellbeing, for me it is to embody more of the qualities I wish to BE in the world. 

So - if you feel this might support you in your journey, here it is :

"I invoke the Pure Energy of…… into my body and my Being, and I ask that all thoughts, beliefs and patterns of behaviour that do not resonate with this Pure Energy now be transmuted into an increase of [whatever Pure Energy you have invoked]…….'
